Shipping Costs
The customer will pay for return shipping, We realize that it is not your fault if a product is defective, but please understand it is not our fault if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. All the replacement will be done by Ground Service. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.

MemoryExpoUSA may offer FREE SHIPPING on certain items. If a return should take place on a FREE SHIPPING item(s), the customer will be charged for the actual shipping costs, a minimum of $10.

FREE SHIPPING items may be shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or USPS (First Class or Priority).

FREE SHIPPING offers are only available to destinations in the continental US. Free Shipping is not available on packages shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. A shipping fee will be applied after the order is placed.

Package Damaged or Lost
Shipping damage and lost packages must be claimed to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. If some items are missing, it needs to be reported to MemoryExpoUSA within 24 hours as well as shipping carrier

Compatibility
MemoryExpoUSA provides technical specifications listed on our website, so that you can make an educated buying decision. For further information or questions beyond what is listed, please check with the manufacturer. MemoryExpoUSA can not guarantee compatibility.

Refund
Shipping charges are not refundable. All products returned to MemoryExpoUSA for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The 20% restocking fee may be charged on the base of current price.  Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. Memory must be returned within 10 days from the date of invoice. No returns on any type of CPUs.  All which require an RMA number to be assigned from our customer service department.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to manufacturer's policies, MemoryExpoUSA can not accept refunds or returns on All Software, Retail Boxed Processors, Notebooks, Blank Media Cartridges, Printer Cartridges. Defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer directly.

RMA Replacement
MemoryExpoUSA will pay the replacement shipping back to customers with the insured ground service. However, if the product sent back from customer is under normal function condition, MemoryExpoUSA will apply the handling charge on customer.  Customer will be responsible for the shipping charge on any advanced replacement.

Handling Charges for Redelivery

If customers put the wrong delivery addresses on the sales orders, we have to request FEDEX to redelivery.  The FEDEX will charge $15 for redelivery.  We will apply this expense and $10 more handling fee to your credit card account.

Non-Deliverable Shipping Addresses

MemoryExpoUSA ships to addresses in the 50 United States, with the following exceptions:

• Private mail boxing locations (USA)
• Hotels / Motels, etc. (USA)
• Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences
• Freight Forwarders

Backorder Policy

The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Many backordered items are restocked within 10-30 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, you must get the confirmation of the cancellation.

For items that are not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. We will provide you with estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products or offer you another in stock similar replacement.

You will receive an email with the shipment tracking number within 2 hours after the order has been shipped.  The online status tracking is only available for shipments directly from San Jose warehouse.

Note:

• We do not process the orders those shipping addresses are not on file with your card-issuing bank.
• All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. If the shipping address is different with the billing address, the cardholder needs to call the bank to add the shipping address on file and leave the bank telephone number in the comments. The order may be delayed for verification.
• The billing information must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please check your statement for accuracy to avoid delays in processing your order.
• We don't accept international credit card.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

Due to the fast pace of the computer industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to list the most accurate, up to the minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may be mis-priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, MemoryExpoUSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.

If your credit card has already been charged for the incorrect price, we will immediately refund your card and cancel your order. You may also repurchase it for the correct price if you wish to.

Due to the volatility in pricing for computer products, we do not match competitor's pricing and we will not offer price protection beyond the 24hours of purchase. eg. If Intel drops the price of a processor 5 days after your purchase, that is beyond our control and our cost for that same processor when we shipped is also much higher than our current selling price. We will not be able to refund the difference since we had to purchase the processor at a much higher cost to send it to you when you placed your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. MemoryExpoUSA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Title Transfer

MemoryExpoUSA retains title to parts and complete systems purchased until the said purchaser pays for items in full at which time the title passes to purchaser.

Governing Law

You agree that any legal action brought against MemoryExpoUSA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the MemoryExpoUSA sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Santa Clara County, California.
